We provide the following Adult and Community Programs:

Community
Kitchen and Hot Lunch Program:
This program takes place every Thursday from September to May at
11:30am at First United Church in White Rock with the support of
volunteers from the White Rock Elks Club. It is provided for
people living on low incomes but a small contribution is requested,
as participants are able.
Drop in Lounge:
Volunteers run a drop in for coffee, snacks and conversation every
Wednesday morning 'til the end of May.
Clothing Exchange:
Located at Camp Alexandra, the clothing exchange is available at
no charge for people dropping off (donating) clothing and people
wishing to obtain clothing. The key is available at the
front desk at Camp A.
Special events build community capacity and provide opportunities for families and individuals to gather and build a greater spirit of community. Examples are: Thanksgiving Dinner, Family Christmas, Volunteeer Appreciation Dinner and the Alexandra Festival.
Community
Relations and Networks:
Alexandra Neighbourhood House participates and/or plays an active
leadership role in numerous community networks and coalitions.
