Positive Parenting
Introducing…Positively Parenting Your
Toddler
The toddler years can be a wonderful time of exciting growth, learning
and discovery. It can also be a time of challenge for parents
and caregivers.
Positive Parenting is an interactive six-week
program for parents with children aged eight months to three years, in
which you will learn about child development, temperament and emotional
literacy, and acquire strategies to promote positive behavior
in your little ones. For more information about this FREE program

group offering is Mondays April 12-May 17, 2010 from
10am-12pm at Camp Alexandra, 2916 McBride Avenue. Pre-registration
is required.
Karma Kids Yoga
This exciting new program offered by Marita at Sol
Yoga is currently full. If you are interested in this program and
did not have the chance to register, please contact Erin at (604)
538-5060 ext 23 as a program interest list and waitlist are being
taken. Should the program run again in the future I would be more
than happy to contact interested individuals.
Right From the Start
Join us for this 8 week program designed to help parents develop
skills to use when interacting with their baby, learn new skills
to foster parent-infant attachment and problem solve with other parents and

Club
Join us every Wednesday 6 to 8pm. Bring your
caregiver, friends and neighbours! We?ll provide music or improv
theatre, plus an activity for you to participate in as you socialize
with your friends (new & old). $3. Outreach
services are also available for adult mental health consumers living

Crescent Moon Coffee House

Community Hot Lunch - Thursdays at First United Church in White Rock. Lunch is served at 11:30am and is open to anyone on a restricted income. $3/person or 'as you can'.
